The AI-powered summarization feature involves sending your meeting transcript to external servers for processing. However:

• We use services provided by OpenAI or Google Gemini for summarization.
• During this process, we do not store, collect, or use any meeting transcript information.
• OpenAI and Google Gemini also do not retain or use your data for any purpose. For more details, please refer to their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Control

You have full control over your data:

• You can delete your locally stored transcripts and summaries at any time through the extension interface.
• Uninstalling the extension will remove all locally stored data associated with Meet Merlin.

5. Third-Party Services

Meet Merlin uses third-party AI services (OpenAI and Google Gemini) for summarization. These services do not process or retain your data beyond the completion of the summarization task.
